On notarity, you can sign your document digitally and receive it as a digital copy immediately. Sometimes, it is necessary to have your document in physical form. If this is your situation, you can ask for a physical copy and shipping in the booking form.
The physical copy costs EUR 30,00* and includes standard shipping, which depending on the destiation, may take 4-15 business days.
If you require courier/express shipping, you may receive your document within 1-3 business days. This service costs an additional EUR 100,00*.
Shipping to certain countries may be subject to international restrictions.
notarity is not liable for shipping lost in transit, after the document has been handed off to the shipping provider
The digital document is encrypted through the electronic signature. In contrast, the physical copy obtains its legal validity through the notary's stamp and seal, making it legally valid even without digital encryption.
Simply printing your digital document is therefore not sufficient to ensure its legal validity.
