When booking an appointment on notarity, our booking form will ask you to state the "destination country".
This information is relevant for us to match you with an appropriate notary and also helps us determine the legal requirements for the notarisation request.
The destination country is the country in which you want to use the document. For instance, if you wish to migrate from Australia to Spain, you need to submit your Visa Application documents in Spain (or at least in the Spanish Consulate or Embassy in Australia). In that case, Spain is your destination country.
