Join a digital notary appointment with a partner notary via video call to sign documents using a Qualified Electronic Signature after identity verification.
Here's a brief overview over our process:
- Book an appointment here
- Upload the documents that need to be notarised
- Create an account on our platform
- Start video verification in your notarity account (Passport needed)
- Accept appointment invitation (if you already received an appointment invitation)
- Join the appointment
- Sign the documents
- Finalize the payments in order to download the document

A digital notary appointment takes place via a video call, where you will be connected live with one of our partner notaries to sign documents using a Qualified Electronic Signature.
Before your digital appointment with a partner notary through notarity, your identity must be verified. More information about this process can be found here.
During the identity verification, you will also be issued a qualified electronic signature, which you will use to sign with your notary. You do not need an electronic signature beforehand. Learn more about qualified electronic signatures here.
Once a partner notary schedules an appointment on notarity or accepts a request from you, you will receive an invitation to the appointment on the platform, as well as a notification via email.
You must accept this invitation to participate in the appointment. You can then view the appointment details and upload documents that need to be processed during the meeting.
At the agreed time, join the appointment by clicking the appropriate button ("Join Appointment") in the appointment details. You will then be connected to a video conference with your notary. Your notary will guide you through the appointment, re-verify your identity, and have you sign the necessary documents.
After the appointment is closed and payment has been processed, your documents will be ready for download in your account.
