Typically, we offer two pricing models that vary based on the jurisdictions of the notaries.
Our standard pricing covers the fee for our partner notaries, the service fee for using our platform, and any additional expenses that may arise during the requested notarial service.

Once you fill out the appointment request form, you'll receive the exact price for your specific request. Please keep in mind that this is a binding offer, and by confirming the booked service, you agree to the given price.
In certain jurisdictions, such as Austria, we are unable to provide rates upfront due to legal and organisational constraints. In such cases, the notary will determine the appropriate fee for their service and send you a personalised quote. You'll have the option to accept or decline the offer. It's important to note that we do not offer price comparison services. Once the notary has calculated the fee, that will be the final price.

In the event that shipping or other services are not arranged through the booking form, our team will need to manage these requests manually. Consequently, we reserve the right to apply an additional fee of EUR 36 (incl. 20% VAT) for such services.
